I've become somewhat obsessed lately.
Losing weight.
I started a modified South Beach Diet three weeks ago. Modified because I just wasn't sure how it would pan out with a three year old in my life.
It seems to be working well. Must be, since I've lost 5 pounds so far. As long as the numbers keep going down on the scale, I'll be happy.
I've been walking and doing yoga as well. And don't ever let anyone tell you that yoga won't make you break a sweat. I'm hear to tell you...it. can.
I got myself a new pedometer- LOVE IT. It can tell the difference between daily steps and aerobic steps. And it saves my steps for a week so I can track what I've done all week.
Pretty, isn't it?
I even went out and got myself some new walking shoes. Once I got home I realized that the color of the shoes match the pedometer. I wasn't trying, honest!
